Opinions on the Lancer 36?

Looking at a 1980 Lancer 36. Anybody have
any general comments on this boat?

Any particular things I should look out for, as far as problem areas?

Any comments about buying a boat whose company went out of busines decades ago would be appreciated, from a risk to own standpoint. This particular vessel has a 1980 Yanmar engine and fairly new harken rigging.

Thanks for any and all comments/observations.
