Help with finding information about a boat

I have been talking with several Brokers as I look for a larger replacement for my Hunter 22.
One broker has a 36' Easterly which from the photos looks like a good boat.
BUT...... I can't find any information about this boat. There are 30' models out ther but I can't find any 36's.
Any help would be apreciated.
Thanks,
Craig

You probably found this info already for the 30:

http://www.boats4sale.co.nz/articles.htm

Apparently, though - Compass Yachts made them (I do not believe it is the one located in Cali / Seattle) but only 60 of them, and the 38 and 36 versions were most likely custom one-off builds - that came out Half Moon Brokerage (NZ). The brokerage is still in business, and you may be able to write or tele them to see if they have any of the old brochures....But I had no luck either sniffing for specs..Although there were a few on the cruising forum site that had / has the 36...

but, I think you will be out of luck finding anything specific as the designer - Claude Allen - his only lay to claim was the Endeavor 30 (it has a cult following)...You may want to see if the broker can contact the owner for any manuals and have them faxed to you...

Found some info

Easterly was made in Mississippi.
Only 6 38's and 6 36's were ever built.
50 of the 30' model were produced.

It does pay to keep turning over rocks and shells.

Thanks for input.
