Hen boats on Chesapeake

I am considering the Bay Hen as my first sail boat for use on the lower Chester River and Chesapeake Bay. Please offer any advice and opinions. This boat seems to fit my requirements for a boat that is easy to trailer, setup and sail and can be used in the shallow waters surrounding me. It also seems to be well built. I would also like a boat that will hold its value.
