Boat purchase USVI questions...

we're (hopefully after survey etc) purchasing direct from seller in St Thomas.
She's US documented and w/o state registration. Other than transferring the documentation and an abstract of title, anything else required or suggested.
For now, we'll keep her in the USVI. Thanks in advance. joe
