Tell me everything you hate about a Cabo Rico

I'm aware of some minor deck leakage problems, but there is one near me that I think I could get below market price.

k1vsk will become famous soon enough
I hate the style, appearance, construction and overall quality, all of which make the other boats around it look like crap

Only one I ever looked at was a Cabo Rico 38 pilot. I hated the fact that other than price it was perfect, yet had only one hull.
Of course Gozzard's are prettier, but we did mention price didn't we?

There is a CR38 directly across the finger pier from me. We're dock buddies in a sea of Hunters. I hate it because if I had the money, I would buy either a CR38 or PSC37.........but I don't have the money. Well maybe not hate, just envy.

I came very close to buying a CR38. Loved the boat. The only downside I saw was lack of storage. I'd still buy one in a minute if the price was right.

It's a 1982 CR38 Cutter (w/ removable forestay)---fairly well equipped---I got the impression that the elderly owner didn't know he wanted to sell it until I started talking to him---his kids hate sailing, but I think he was hoping they would want to take it over from him---We talked on several occasions and I helped him lift some heavy items and bought him a couple of grogs at the bar-- I think I could buy this boat WELL below what I see them for on yahctworld--- I really like the look and lines of this boat.
