1976 Pearson 365: any owners?

I've read the reviews here about the boat. but, i'm wondering if any one else has any input on this boat. i'm currently looking at one that's for sale.

some of my concerns are regarding:
the paragon gear?
the build quality of 365's?
the plastic interior "liner"? [looks like a plastic "insert"]
how well do they handle big water?
any known defects or issues with these boats?
has anyone replaced the main mast step? the fuel tank?

ok, that's good for now.

thanks,
matthew

SailorMitch will become famous soon enough
You probably will get more responses if you ask your questions on the Pearson email list here on Sailnet. Several P-365 owners on that list.

General comment -- it's one of Pearson's most popular cruising boats.
