Dick newick designed a lot of decent trimarans. However, I'm not all that familiar with his folding sport trimaran designs. I don't like the aft end on that boat though... it's a bit on the ugly side IMHO...

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

A center cockpit trimaran. I have in fact now seen everything.
Ugly with training hulls. This takes ugly to a new level, in fact it may well be an insult to the word ugly. What was the designer thinking?

That's the fugliest thing on wheels - and water, I've ever wastest time looking at.

Sailormann will become famous soon enough
I think there might be a rather limited re-sale market for something this unusual. If you are thinking about buying it, I wouldn't suggest you pay more than 10% of asking.

Also - sloppy, sloppy finish work on the pieces.

On the plus side, the windshield should make the pitchpole more comfortable.

I think it looks nice. Of course, I find a lot of the old "traditional" monohulls to be kind of fugly.

The fixed-beam Newick trimarans are usually fairly pretty boats... that one is pretty damn ughly...
