Hi all,
I'm new to this forum and wondering if you have any advice/knowledge of the Leopard. We found one in Ft Myers Fa that we are very interested in from the internet (we live in MD). I've surfed for solid data, however only found advertizing type of info. The one we are looking at is a 1999. Its a 3 cabin boat and appears to be well maintained. Couldn't tell if it was chartered, but suspect it has since they primarily make these for Moorings.

We are thinking of getting a survey prior to looking at it in person, however really don't know anyone in that area that could recommend a good surveyor. Reasoning is to find out what repairs or refits would be needed and the cost to be sure we can afford. Rather spend the money for a survey & loose it then spend the big bucks on something we will be sorry for later.

Does anyone have any recommendations or advice on finding a good surveyor? Does anyone have info on the pros/cons of a Leopard. Hubby wants to buy it NOW, however I'm more cautious as its a lot of money to dish out for something unseen.
