Boat search-Houston

Been looking on yachtworld.com, etc for a few weeks without much luck. Looking to buy a boat in the Houston area....figured this might be a way for a win/win...no broker in the middle....we both save some...
The perfect boat would be....
34-36"
Preference to Catalina or Beniteau...but possibly Hunter
Low engine hours
Good electronics
Walk thru transom
Someone who bought too small and now realized it would be a good fit

If anyone is interested in selling, please email dkagey4218@aol.com
Thanks

I am a real estate broker in Houston. My experience with fsbo's is that neither party knows what the house is worth or the process to get it done. I suspect boats are the same way unless you have some experience in the process, you will end up spending more. That being said there are many resources for finding boats that are not listed with a broker. Craigslist and usedboats dot com come to mind.
