Opinions Wanted - Surveyor and Diesel Mechanic in Norfolk VA / Southern Bay

Hey Folks,
We're buying a boat in Norfolk, VA and I'd like to get some recommendations for a surveyor and a good diesel mechanic/shop on the lower Chesapeake Bay as I'm going to have separate hull and engine surveys done.
