any opinions on the sr max 21 for river/lake day sailing?

I sailed quit a bit on an sr33 maybe 10 years ago. Thought it was a fun and fast boat. Sailed through some challenging conditions. Did well for what it is. If i were in the market for a cool/fun/fast 20-24 footer, i would consider the max for sure. I knew a guy who sailed one pretty successfully out of St Pete. But, i have not seen him in 4/5 years. I think they have an owners site on the web. they do and here it is:
