My friend, who will be attending Tulane University this fall, is looking to buy a boat to live on while at school. Is anyone looking to sell? I may have a 32 foot Irwin 1973. Atomic 4 rebuilt in ''96. New main and jib. Excellent condition. It is located in Racine, WI. A very nice live aboard for 1 or 2.
