It's A DEAL!!!

Hi, all. The seller accepted my reduced price offer and we have closed the deal. So the boat, to be named "Sundance", will be off to the yard for the needed bottom work. While that is going on I will get new lines and other gear to get her ready.
Thanks to everybody who chimed in on my numerous postings here. Keep an eye out for more posts concerning maintenance and repair.

Thanks again, montenido

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Geez,

You haven't owned more than a few hours and you're already pouring money into the hole on the water. Welcome to boat ownership!!

Congratulations!

Be sure to cross-shop your new lines and rigging. I found Milwaukee Rigging to be an excellent source for running rigging...great prices and friendly attitudes!
