Us 30 ?

Hi:
I now own two sailboats a 25' O'Day and a Magegor 17 Venture, both are fine boats and fun to sail but, I am looking at getting a bigger boat with an inboard motor, a shower, and fixed keel to mention just a few things.
This weekend I found a beautiful U.S. 30 that was a one owner, I went to check it out because no one was there to let me in so I figured I would go online and check them out because I had never heard of them, low and behold I think I found out that they were bought out by Bayliner and nobody likes them.
Can anyone out there give me a little info on these boats? the year is a 1981

Grizrick ...welcome...Do a search on Buccaneer and you will find several threads on US and Bayliner and Bucanneer and lots of opinions.

Bucc site, while good, is devoted to Bayliner Buccs. Ours is more tailored to the elusive US Yachts (which is a different build.)
