So I almost bought boat #3 today...
It was an Ericson 27 for $7000 (I was going to offer $6000 and go from there  , when I showed up to look at it, the owner didn't. I'm not even ready for boat #3 yet, but if a good deal comes along, it comes along, and this was a great deal! Anyway, the reason the owner didn't show, he sold it to his nephew who runs This place.
Oh well, another deal like that will come along 
This was the boat, excuse the crappy photos, the owner is an older gentleman.
