Nonsuch 21

I am considering purchasing a Nonsuch 22. It will primarily be used as a daysailer for myself and my 8 year old son on the Long Island Sound, with an occasional overnight/weekend cruise to block island etc. I have heard that they are very well maid and are easy to sail single handed, which is my main concern. I'd like to hear of peoples experiences with this yacht.

I'm not aware of Nonsuch 21, They built about 50 small Nonsuch 22.
I have never sailed one, however Nonsuch has a reputation of good boats. Construction quality is very high. (Prices too

) Rig is simple.
I can comment on the rig - I have Freedom, with similar rig. I love it.
