Try using the spell check, it helps us readers understand your objective. A world cruiser for 40K, can be done, don't know about safely being done, keep a large chunk of budget for upgrading systems, it can take years to outfit a boat with modern systems for world cruising. Also look to crew/sailing lessons to gain experience if you have not already. That is my 2 cents, which is less than your 40K so....
