Three boat comparison

Passport 40
Valiant 40
Young Sun 43
Hans Christian 43 (telstar)
Tayana 42

Assuming that you are looking at boats that are 20+ yrs old and in average shape at reasonable prices for the species, which do you pick?

Edit:And for fun I can actually count. I was starting this to discuss 3 of these and 2 others popped into my head while I was typing.

All else equal, I'd pick the one I found most appealing.

Hey - it's my dream and I don't have to explain it as it ain't gonna happen in real life anyway.

Why a Tayana 37...the 42 is the same size range as the others and would be my pick. Otherwise...the Passport 40.
