could it be a divorce fire sale? Where the husband left wife, said sell the boat, send me the difference tween the loan and proceeds. So she is selling the boat for the loan amount, sending him nothing!! Seen that before!

Yeah, especially since I can't buy it now anyway. Besides, it's either a scam or a typo. Remember, if it's too good to be true....
edit: just for fun, I contacted the seller, awaiting response. If it is true (0.000000001% chance) Maybe we can buy it

And then sell it, and THEN buy a NEW Beneteau 31
