Maine Purchase Survey

I am in need of a Purchase Survey in Maine for a rather complex 40'' sailboat. I have a list of NAMS and SAMS for that area. I really need an excellent survey for this boat- it is about 10 years old and parts of her are showing some age. Does anyone have any recommendations? Has anyone ever heard of having two surveys performed and comparing the results?

I purchased a boat in 1996 that was located in Rockland, Maine. I used a Captain George Leonard of Associated Marine Surveyors, Inc. to perform my survey. He is located in Yarmouth. Phone in 96 was 207 846 4900. He was very competant and did a good job.

I had 3 surveys done on my 25 year old, 30 foot boat. Excessive, perhaps. Thorough, absolutely.
