Often the pictures will have date and time signatures on them. I'm following a couple of boats now and over the past few months as I've proceeded with my search I've noticed many brokers use digital cameras and the date is on the pictures. If the boat is up "north" most are going into winter storage and the sellers and the brokers will loosen up a little this winter. There are many solid brokers out there...make friends with a good one and have them look around for you. Look for brokers who have actually made a living selling boats for years and who work for an established brokerage, they are the pros!
