Annapolis Area -- An existing ten year partnership is looking for some partners to replace a few people who are moving on. $2500 a 1/6 share, plus share of annual expenses. Interested - more infor please - what year Cal - I may have missed a point , but Is the 2500 an annual fee or is this an ''entry" and then yearly costs allocatted? How are maintenance, upgrades, insuance, slip fees etc handled? Am familiar with Annapolis areea - which marina. How much time does 1/6 get? how are weekends allocatted and are there any provisions for say a week long cruise?

Tiller, this is a 1983 CAL 35, located on Mill Creek in Annapolis, right around the corner from Jimmy Cantler''s crab house. Private slip. The $2500 is lifetime ownership of a 1/6th share. Expenses are pooled and reconciled twice a year, and are currently running about $800 per annum per partner. Schedule is set up annually iwth weekly sessions split Wednesday through Saturday and Sunday through Tuesday. Swaps are made for longer sailings. No problem with overuse.
