One wonders why if you got past that one the rest of the pricing strategy seemed excessive?

Go for the cushions and head (so THEY install the tank & throughhulls/fittings) if you what them, also. the rest you should farm out to the dealer or local yard.

The traveler and sheet winches are options????? Sheesh!

Boy, even more piracy - with shore power you have to buy their microwave.

I'd also opt for the pressure water system up front if that's what you'd like. That's one I could do without if a boat didn't already have it. Foot pumps and SolarShowers save lots of water.

VHF

If it includes a mast top antenna with all the holes drilled correctly ect ect it is a big freaking job

A set of 4 pretty plain J24 cabin cushions cost 1000 dollars

If a dirty bottom slows you down what do you think it does to your boat

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Would you rather have a base price of $70K+ and not have the option of trying save costs by putting in the options yourself?

Although, even after having said that, I agree that they are probably being deceptive in trying to get you in door with a low base price and then sticking you with the add-ons that you would have assumed were already in the base.

Of course, you can't put a price on the teasing you'd undergo...
