Pre aproved loans,
If this is a personal loan you need to rethink this.Personal loans are the way to go if you can do it.
You do not have that according to what you say.
Basically the lendor is negotiating with you...So bicker with him.Offer more down for a lower rate.In the currant market all are open to negotiations.
