You probably have your dream boat by now. I am new to this list so...

I have a 1983 C & C 40'' aft cabin. She is off-shore ready, well equipped and maintained. New windows, new cushions, new covers and electrically upgraded. She won the Wright Cup in ''87 in the Halifax to Marblehead Race. I have had her for 11 years and have done just cruising, mostly local.
Too many extras to mention here. I can send a spec sheet with photos if you are interested. She is located in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada. Approximate price is $80-82,000US depending on exchange rate, at the moment closer to $82,000.
