Alpha 14'''' sailing dinghy

We have an Alpha fiberglass sailing dinghy built in the Seattle area apparently in the early 80s. It came without daggerboard or rudder and with a set of sails which seem too small. It sails fine now after a lot of work but does anyone have a sail plan or profile diagram of one.

Re: Alpha 14'' sailing dinghy

Hi there,

I have got an answer for you unfortunatly, but was wondering how you got on with your Alpha? I recently aquired an Alpha 12 dinghy. She's currently on a dry berth and I'm reluctant to put her in the water because of all the info I've come across online about her soaking up water like a sponge :/ After all my online research starting to regret this purchase..Anyway, did you have these problems?
