Aussie citizen buying yacht in the UK & flagging in the BVI ??

Hi there iam an Australian citizen,i will be buying a yacht in the UK and sailing her to the Caribbean/BVI
i will not be taking the yacht back to australia for maybe 10 years + i will be sailing the Atlantic, south pacific, Thailand ect ect.
Should there be any problem flagging her in the Caribbean.

BR thanks for the links, I would of thought there would be a lot more drama and red tape to flag a yacht, so i posted here to maybe pick up some loupe holes ect ect thanks,

No worries, Johnny. But I'm wondering why you don't register her in Oz. You don't have to actually be there to flag it there. Good luck w/ the boat.
