The marina has these boats for sale. Most will go CHEAP. The Folkboat need transome work, is all teak, needs lots of tlc...but might sell for under $100.
Some of the other sailboats come on trailers (Venture 22). The 30' Chris Craft is dry and perfect inside...needs a cleaning and waxing outside...
