Daysailor/Weekender

I'm starting to look into what it would take to get ahold of a nice daysailor/weekender. I've seen Rainbow 24s mentioned numerous places but haven't been able to find where to buy one. The type of sailing we'd be doing would be confined to the Chesapeake and perhaps down the coast a little, but that would be it. Here are my only other requirements:

• Size: 22'-27'
• Price: < $5000
• It must be trailerable

I'm completely new to buying so any help is appreciated. I've only ever sailed on a Columbia 36 (before I went to college) and a MacGregor 26 (so I could go to college) with my family in the past.

Just to be clear, I'm not completely fixed on any of the above "requirements" except the trailerable part. If there's something I'm missing or if my price requirement is unrealistic someone please let me know!
