Hunter29 vs Catalina 28 1st boat?

I am in the market for a new boat and have been stumbling between the Catalina 28 and the Hunter 29. There seem to be trade offs for each of the models. I would appreciate any tips on either model. Prices seem to comparable. For the most part I will be doing lake sailing on weekends and generally sailing single handed.
Thanks for the asistance...Michael
