To good to be true auction items:

New ebay seller with no record in each case. In number one, I emailed
the seller to ask if I could have a copy of the recent survey he said
was available. He replied that he was away from home and would send it
in 2 days--auction would be over by then. Also asked him if he would
sell subject to favorable survey and sea trial. His reply was that we
could discuss these matters after the auction closed.
