can anyone provide pricing information on the new 350? What can I expect to negotiate off of list price? A dealer is holding one for me but I''m unsure whether to wait for 2003 production or try and get something off the 2002 model they are holding. Any info is appreciated!

The price that Catalina gave me on the 350
was there boat show special, $117,776 and $5,000 on my choice of options.

Did that price from the boat show include delivery, comissioning, paint and launching?

That 117,000 price does not seem realistic to me. I live in San Diego and by the time I was finished with all my options, commmissioning and frieght (7500) from Florida, the boat ended up closer to 140,000.Many better optionds and quality out there for that price. Mind you I was a die hard Catalina fan untilll I really researched the market. Yo should do the same

The base on this boat is $119k but with all options it comes to $139k. What turned you off from catalina?

I''ve finally figured out the appeal of this boat, it doesn''t need sails! It has so much freeboard; the whole boat is a sail! It truly looks like a Bayliner with a mast. Such a tiny little wheel, the skipper would need a crew member to sit near the rail to tell the helmsman when the head sail is in trim, the person at the wheel could never see the tell tales. This boat may have a lot of desirable features in the cabin but then again, so do many trawlers. She''s not easy on the eyes, a real marina queen.
