some questions about Hartley-28

Hi
Does anyone here ever sailed Hartley-28? I’ve read, that one of this boats sailed from Fiji to New-Zeland, but I wonder if this boat is seaworthy enough for longer offshore voyages. I’m looking for plans of easy construction boat with good offshore capabilities.
