Had a friend who used to own one. Unusual layout, but I think it would be great for a cruising boat. Center cockpit, but flush decked from aft edge of cockpit to stern so huge amounts of aft deck space -- great feature for cruising. This also makes for a large aft cabin.
I did not get to sail it enough to comment in detail on it's sailing characteristics, but it seemed at least comparable to a typical cruising monohull in performance.
