does anyone have a recommendation for a marine surveyor in the atlanta, GA/Lake Lanier area?

I am new here, a longtime J24 racer who now wants to be a cruising boat my family of 4 can sleep on. I'm considering several options in the 27-32 foot range, such as a Jeanneau, Cal 27, or Catalina 27.
