I''ve recently been surfing the net looking to buy a new boat and found www.yachtspex.com - they really do give a good look at a boat - well worth having a look

The fallacy is that a new boat is a good deal and they are not.

NEVER BUY A NEW BOAT.

I am not even going to look at that site.

Mike,

I agree with your sentiments - when I said I was looking for a new boat I meant new to me. I can''t afford a new boat!! and I agree you get better value from used. Let someone else take the depreciation is my motto.

When I said to visit the yachtspex.com site - I really did mean it - it gives a good look at boats and they are all previously owned boats.

Of course now I had to look. I liked the poem however most of the boats are priced I think in Pounds and therefore are not near me.

Thanks however.
