Aground in Utah

Hey! I have lived in Utah all my life, and my husband has lived here for twelve years. (We have been married for the last seven) We have three children, ages 6,5 and 2. We are going to have a once in a lifetime chance to buy a boat. We would like to move to the coast (preferably East), but we have to stay here for at least 1 1/2 years, and up to five. We want to put the boat in the Great Salt Lake, and start to try to liveaboard with our children. We want at least a 30 footer. We will be buying in the Spring. Where should we look? How much will it be to move it to Utah? Who do we contact about moving a boat? We have been looking at Albergs, Pearsons, Tartans, C&C''s and others from the late 1960''s, early 1970''s. Anybody want to buy a house in Utah?
