Two many brokers

Two different brokers are selling the same boat (in Yachtworld.com under two different ID #). Thinking there were two different boats, I have e-mailed both to see the same boat. It appears one is the marina in which the boat resides and the other is selling the boat as a trade-in. Who can sell it? Who should I choose to show the boat?
