Inexpensive Wooden hulled Boats?

Out of curiosity, I did a used/wooden hulled boat search and was shocked to find many relatively newer boats in the 60'' to 80'' range going for from 100k - 150k US. Most of them seem to be in Turkey, or Greece. The following link is one good example. Can someone please tell me why the prices seem to be so low? Many thanks!

While it is hard to say why any specific boat is priced as it simply off of the internet, in a general sense there is a limited market for wooden boats of workboat constuction. The ad in question does not mention hull planking or fastenings but the interior photos suggest heavy plank on frame construction with iron or steel fastenings. This is a pretty short lived construction technique without a major refastening. The design appears to be less than exemplary as a good coastal cruiser or offshore boat. There are minimal instruments or sail inventory. The boat has nearly 9 foot draft. It has a comparatively unknown engine (at least I have never heard of that company). It is located in a pretty remote area of the world, at least in Yachting terms.

That would be my guess.
