Florida Title - Phone Number?

Hello;

I have been looking for a phone number to get a hold of the Florida department of vehicles since emailing them doesn't work. I am trying to get some information about canceling a boat title in Florida (What I have to send in and to who) so that I can start on registering it in Canada. I have found the 850-617-2000 number on their website but as this is long distance I would prefer to find a 1-800 number as I am cheap that way.

After an hour of searching using Google / Bing I have come up with nothing... Is there actually no 1-800 number?

Thanks for any info;

Robert

Already been through that site, already sent them two separate emails. When an email is sent I get a response that I will get a answer to my question within 2 working days. I sent my first email last Monday (Sept 21st) and with no response for a week I sent another last Friday (Sept 25th). I still have yet to receive an answer to my question...
