boat choices

Hi! I'm currently looking to buy a cruising boat (that's not a slug) for short and longer distance cruising, coastal and offshore, and have narrowed it down to the following boats:

Morgan 38
Cal 39 1973
Hughes 38 1969 and 1980
Pearson 36 1972 and 1975
Morgan 36
Seidelman

Any advice on these would be appreciated! Thanks.
