surveyor, new bern,oriental north carolina

Can someone recommend a good surveyor in the oriental north carolina area. Also a good yard where I can lay up a new purchase till spring.

B&B Yacht Designs did mine last fall. I believe they did a very good job at a very reasonable price.

Bert Quay and Rob Eberle also have very good reputations.


I bought my boat in Oriental and Salecraft hauled it for the survey. They had quite a few boats on the hard there. If you want to be in Washington, NC you could try Captain Sams or McCotters.

I will second the recommendation for Rob Eberle and Bert Quay. Both know their stuff and are thorough, and are available in the Oriental area.
