Info on Irwin 33?

I'm looking for some general information on a 1974 Irwin 33.
it is locally for sale.Everyboat has some problem areas. Some weak point. I will be taking a look at it this coming weekend.
What would like to know is what are the boats weak points? or Problem areas That I should pay particular attention.
It would also be great to get an over all opinion on the Irwin 33. Was this well made boat is it best as a day sailor could it be reasonably outfitted for blue water sailing? How would this boat be for possible live aboard?
Any and all info would be appreciated.
