No, not snowed in. We only got about an inch...it was pretty coming down but not enough to keep me home this morning.
About Denr...I haven''t given up hope on him...yet...he just doesn''t realize the value of a good woofer...

I looked at a pearson 27 1986 Lots of Drool afterward and My wife had to drag me out of the boat. They are asking 27000 The Bad news is it''s on a lake about 400 miles from the bay someone guessed at 2500 or so to move it plus decomissioning and comissioning again thats if they could find a place to haul it out with the drought and all. surfed the net and found a seafarer for 17000 1979 model tried to figure out if they are a full keel or something in between checked out the reviews page here seems to be a split descision one calls it a well built boat another said thier poorly made and yet another reports that the holland built ones are good and the ny ones are not.opinions welcome at this point. it''s going to snow tonight and theirs ice on the creek summers coming though. fair winds kd

KenD, You might want to check out a boat called a "Classic Yacht 26" on Yachtworld.I''m a little bias though.It''s the same boat I have.Inboard diesel, 3''2" shoal draft keel,8.6ft beam,wheel steering,trailerable,and really a very sea-worthy boat.I''ve sailed mine out of Charleston,SC offshore,Annapolis/Chesapeake Bay area,across the Pamlico Sound to the N.C. Outer Banks,and last year,down through part of the Keys,across the Gulfstream,and back.The Classic isn''t a very well known boat,but everyone that has seen mine,has been impressed with her.Check out the owners reviews on this site also.Good luck!

Just came from the Cleveland Boat Show. the worst boats by far: Hunter. Beneteau was next. C&C Yikes. THe best was a Tartan. In our marina there is a Pearson Vanguard. Super boat. I don''t know Compac''s but nothing compares to the waste of a Hunter.
