Any idea the model of this one. Needs some TLC before it sinks.

No but I agree about the "TLC before it sinks". Look for a hin # on the stern, usually starboard side of transom near the deck. You can search on the internet to find manufacturer and date built. Here's the link. How to Use USCG Manufacturers Indentification Codes

Morgan 35?

Does anyone have any info on the Morgan 35? Seems like not much info on the web. The double aft ports make me think it's an early one. It has tiller steering.

I think you nailed it. Here`s a pic of a 1971 model - same sheer, same fwd hatch location and same split handrails.
