How much to inventory?
I am considering making an offer on a boat that has a lot of gear in the lazerettes and lockers. It is being sold with the boat. Should an inventory of the gear be included in a bid or is it enough to say the bid covers what I was shown?

I can''t say it will prove necessary, but having something in writing is usually better than not.
