New port, perhpas new boat

Hi guys, it's been a while since I last posted. Happy new year to everyone out there and safe sailing.

I just sent a deposit for a A37 that I found while driving around Boston area the deal will still depend on a survey. Two questions I have here

Can anyone piont me on the right direction to hiring a survey in the cape cod area Mattapoiset to be exact?

What are my possibilities of living aboard in Boston the closer to the airport the better?
