Be nice to the new guy.....he's pretty ignorant about these things!

Has anyone ever heard of Advance Sailboat Corps. and/or their 15' Demon model? If so anything in particular to know about?

While I'm here, how does a Tanager(?) 16 fare as a starter boat and any things to take note of? I've not seen either of these boats except on line so can't offer anything definite. Was wondering if they're worth a 3 hour drive to look at.
