Boatyard for Custom-Building: 100' Wooden Ketch

I'm planning to custom build a sturdy 100' wooden hulled ketch, to be used for long distanced voyages.

looking for an affordable custom building boat yard. However, most of this yards are specialized in luxury boat making, such as: Spirit Yachts and Hodgdon, which makes it more expensive.

Since luxury bears little importance for the matter,i have excluded these companies from my options. I discovered, instead, another category of boat-making yards. These yards are catered for non-recreational boat building. (National Geographic featured one of such yards, which was located in India.
It was catered to building wooden motorsails for fishing purposes.)

However, these boat companies (expecially those specialising in wooden hulls) are not listed online, and are hard to find.

You guys know of any of these boat yards? no regional preference.
