Amazing Boat For The Discriminating Buyer

Hi All,

I wanted to let you guys know of a boat that has recently been announced for sale. I DO NOT normally do this but this boat is absolutely beautiful.

My buddy Tim, who is as anal retentive as I am, has decided to sell his 1985 Ericson 35-3 to go off cruising in a bigger boat. This boat is a "two percenter" (less than 2% of boats on the market are in this good of shape). She is also fast...

For the discriminating buyer this is a hell of a boat. She has THOUSANDS of hours of labor in her plus nearly new everything including 2010 topside refinishing in Imron. I would not personally recommend it if it were not an exceptional boat.

• Pedestal refinished and new pedestal guard installed
• Topsides repainted(base/clear) with Imron in 2010

Other Mods:

• Added cleanout port to fuel tank
• Added larger bowl to toilet
• Created larger trash cabinet door to accommodate larger galley sink and faucet
• Added washdown pump
• Added clear panels to dodger for better visibility
• Rebuilt raw water pump

BTW, I think the barrier coat would be Interprotect 2000E not Interlux 2000.

What engine is on this boat? Also, has the fuel tank been replaced??

Has not found it yet. They are flying to Florida this weekend, moisture meter in hand, to look at three or four boats. They are considering the CC Freedom's..

No but removed, cleaned, inspected, pressure tested and an inspection port installed.

Nah, love my boat, and wouldn't change it... just thought that any potential interested parties would want to know about the engine and fuel tank, since the fuel tank rusting out is an issue and knowing what engine you're getting into is always good...

This boat was impeccably maintained!

My wife and I saw the boat before the other buyer, and would have placed an offer had Tim not told us that he granted the (eventual) buyer the right of first refusal.
